Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blind 2 Home. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment method, Estimated delivery time, Shipment cost

We are using DX or Tuffnells delivery standard next working day, but sometimes we may use other companies. All shipments are free for Blind 2 Home customers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours


Our products are well packaged to avoid damage but should you find the parcel is damaged on arrival then please mark it as ‘damaged’ when you sign the couriers delivery note. Once you inspect your goods, should you find that your product is indeed damaged then we are here to help. Please contact our customer service team who will be able to rectify the situation. Please don’t forget take a photos and videos for your damages blinds
